First Show

Since a few month, I am working on my free time on my own laser engine. As you may know or not, I am working for Resolume, a tool aimed at VJ. Earlier this year I managed to do my first show with a modified Resolume Arena version somewhere in Spain. I had this paper as base to write my own laser rendering engine.

Wire is used as tool to create shapes that are then fed to my laser engine. It is a modular node-based patching environment to create effects, mixers and video generators for Arena & Avenue and I am hacking it to create laser source and effect. But I will talk a bit more how that works under the hood in another blog post.

I am writing this a long time after I did this gig but it is nice to remember the progress made since then.
